Thursday, October 16 at Sanders Theatre

Julia Alvarez, author of How the Garcia Girls Lost Their Accents, will lecture about her book and writing experience on Thursday, October 16 at Harvard's Sanders Theatre at 7:30PM. The lecture, which is free to the public, is sponsored by the Cambridge Public Library's CambridgeREADS Program with cooperation from Harvard's Office of Community Affairs.

Tickets for this event are free and are available at the following locations: Cambridge Public Main Library, 359 Broadway; Harvard Bookstore, 1256 Mass Ave.; Harvard Box Office at Holyoke Center, 1350 Mass Ave., and Porter Square Books.
