The Library has a limited number of passes available for each museum per day as noted above. Where two are available only one may be taken per family. Patrons are allowed to visit each museum once per month. Passes and coupons may be reserved in person or by telephone up to 1 month in advance. Both are signed out at the Reference Desk (Main Library) or Circulation Desk (Branch Libraries). Passes must be returned before 9:00 PM on the loan date or between 9:00 AM and Noon on the next day after the loan date that the library is open. Passes must be returned by hand to the desk where they were signed out as noted above. They must not be returned through the book-drop. There will be a charge of $5.00 for late returns or bookdrop returns and a charge of $25 for lost passes. Coupons can be picked up any time the library is open and do not have to be returned.
